Taking 5 founding clients

We build your outbound
system. Then we run it.

Verified lists, warmed sending domains, sequences across email and LinkedIn, and a human reading every reply — so qualified conversations land on your calendar instead of in a spreadsheet.

30 minutes. We map your target accounts and show you the build plan. No deck.

Why teams call us

Growth that depends on
luck is not growth.

Revenue arrives in waves

Two good months, then silence. You cannot hire, forecast, or commit to anything when next quarter is a guess.

Referrals are the whole channel

Referrals are excellent until the week they stop. A single channel you do not control is not a growth engine.

You are still the sales team

Every hour spent prospecting is an hour not spent building or delivering. That trade gets worse as you grow.

Cold email already burned you

Someone sent volume off your main domain, deliverability collapsed, and the channel got written off entirely.

The system

Six parts. One machine.

Each part is specified, built, and monitored. Nothing here is a tactic we picked up last month — it is the same stack we run on every account.

A

Targeting & data

We define the account profile, then build the list against it — role, headcount, tech stack, hiring signals, funding events. Every record is verified before it enters a sequence.

SourcesSales Navigator, Apollo, Clay
VerificationTwo-pass, bounce target under 2%
EnrichmentRole, headcount, stack, triggers
OutputSegmented list, CSV + CRM sync
B

Sending infrastructure

Separate sending domains, authenticated and warmed before a single prospect is contacted. Your primary domain is never used for cold volume, so your team email stays clean.

DomainsDedicated, isolated from primary
AuthSPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking
Warm-up14–21 days before first send
MonitoringPlacement + reputation, daily
C

Email sequences

Short, specific, written for one segment at a time. We run structured tests on the opening line and the offer — one variable at a time, so the result actually means something.

Structure4–6 touches per sequence
TestingSingle-variable A/B, per segment
Personal.Researched line, not spun tokens
ReviewCopy approved by you before send
D

LinkedIn layer

Runs alongside email against the same account list, so a prospect sees you in two places. Conservative daily limits and human-written messages keep the account safe.

LimitsBelow platform thresholds, always
TouchesView, connect, 3-message sequence

Reply handling

Most pipeline dies between the reply and the booking. Every response is read by a human, classified, and either qualified into a booked call or routed back into nurture.

Reporting

A live dashboard you can open any time, and a written weekly note on what we changed and why. When a number moves, you hear it from us first.

Rollout

From signed to sending
in about 30 days.

Warm-up cannot be rushed without wrecking deliverability, so we do not pretend otherwise. Here is the actual schedule.

Days 1–7

Positioning & list

We interview you on your best-fit customers, sharpen the offer, and build the first verified list against it. You approve the target profile before anything gets built.

You receiveAccount profile, verified list, message angles
Days 3–21

Infrastructure

Sending domains registered, authenticated, and warmed. CRM connected, tracking configured, dashboard set up. This runs in parallel with week one.

You receiveWarmed sending stack, live dashboard
Days 21–30

First campaigns live

Sequences go out at controlled volume across email and LinkedIn. We watch placement and reply quality closely, and hold volume until the signal is clean.

You receiveLive campaigns, first replies handled
Day 30 on

Iterate & scale

Weekly reviews, copy iteration, segment expansion. Volume increases only when the numbers earn it. You get a written note every week either way.

How we operate

Four rules we do
not bend.

Infrastructure before volume

Nothing sends until domains are authenticated and warmed. It costs three extra weeks up front and it saves the channel.

You work with the operators

Three people run this. The person on your strategy call is the person running your campaigns. No account manager layer.

Qualified calls, not open rates

Opens are unreliable and impressions mean nothing. We report on replies, qualified conversations, and booked calls.

Humans read every reply

Automation handles sending and scheduling. A person handles anything a prospect actually wrote to you.

Who runs it

Three people. All of
them on your account.

You can look every one of us up before you book. That is the point.

Founding clients

We are new. So the
terms are on your side.

TechTorq launched this year and we have not invented a client list to hide it. Instead we have made the engagement easy to leave and hard to regret. Our first 5 clients set the terms for everyone who comes after.

01

Month-to-month

No annual lock-in. Thirty days notice, any time, no exit conversation required.

02

You own the system

Domains, lists, sequences, dashboard, CRM data. If we part ways, all of it stays with you.

03

Founding terms

Our first 5 clients get reduced pricing, locked for as long as they stay, in exchange for a reference once we deliver.

04

We turn down bad fits

If your deal size or sales cycle will not support outbound, we say so on the call instead of taking the retainer.

Straight answers

The questions you
were going to ask.

Because we are not asking you to take it on faith. We are a new agency and we say so plainly rather than inventing client logos. What we offer instead is founding-client pricing, month-to-month terms, full ownership of the infrastructure we build, and direct access to the three people doing the work. On the call we will walk you through the exact system, the tools, and the rollout schedule. Judge us on the specifics and on whether the plan holds up.

Not if it is built correctly. We never send cold volume from your primary domain. We register separate sending domains, authenticate them with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warm them for two to three weeks before the first prospect is contacted. Your main domain stays isolated from the campaign entirely.

First campaigns go live around day 21 to 30, because warm-up cannot be rushed. Replies typically start within the first couple of weeks of sending. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is either skipping infrastructure or sending from your existing domain, and both cost more than they deliver.

B2B cold email is legal in most markets when you follow the rules that apply to it. We honour opt-outs immediately, identify the sender, include a real business address, and keep to permitted volumes. If your target market has restrictions that change the approach, we will tell you before you sign anything.

Pricing depends on segment count, sending volume, and whether the LinkedIn layer is included, so we quote it on the call rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most people. Founding rates are meaningfully below what we will charge later, and they stay locked for as long as you are with us.

The three people listed on the team page, with links to their profiles. Rajdip runs strategy and stays on your account. Mithu builds and maintains the infrastructure. Sahil handles data, monitoring, and replies. Nothing is handed to a junior team you never meet.

Next step

Bring us your target
list. We will build it.

Thirty minutes. We will pressure-test whether outbound suits your deal size and sales cycle, sketch the account profile, and walk you through the build plan. If it is a bad fit, we will say so on the call.
