These terms govern your use of the TechTorq website. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed service agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities, or reproduce substantial portions of its content without permission.
Content on this site describes our methods and processes. It is not a promise of any specific outcome. Outbound performance depends on your offer, market, deal size, sales capacity, and factors outside our control. Any figures discussed on a call are estimates, not commitments, unless written into a signed agreement.
Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the service agreement signed at the start of an engagement. Unless that agreement says otherwise: engagements run month to month, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, and infrastructure built for the client — domains, lists, sequences, and campaign data — belongs to the client.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for the legality of the offer being marketed, for taking the meetings generated, and for holding any licences or registrations their industry requires.
Campaigns depend on third-party platforms including email providers, data vendors, and professional networks. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or account decisions, though we will work to mitigate the impact of any of these.
The site, its design, copy, and the TechTorq name and marks remain our property. Materials created specifically for a client during an engagement transfer as set out in the service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
