All content on this website — copy, design, layout, code, diagrams, and the TechTorq name and logo — is owned by TechTorq or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

What you may do

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts from this site with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

What you may not do

• Copy substantial portions of the site's copy, structure, or code for a competing service.
• Reproduce the TechTorq name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice.
• Scrape the site at volume or use its content to train commercial models without written permission.

Client work

Materials created for a client during an engagement — sequence copy, list assets, campaign configuration — transfer to that client as set out in the service agreement. Our underlying methods, templates, and internal tooling remain ours.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email mail@techtorq.com with:

• Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
• The URL where the material appears.
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We investigate all notices and remove infringing material where a claim is valid.
